Your body already knows how to heal when given the opportunity. Together we’ll explore the root cause of your distress and address and alleviate what is blocking you from living the life you are meant to live. I believe “talk therapy” by itself is not enough to heal from trauma, repair relationships, and heal attachment wounds. I integrate cognitive and experiential interventions to help you navigate issues in a profound and meaningful way. The methods I use, including EMDR, PACT, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy are rooted in neuroscience, attachment psychology, body awareness, and mindfulness. As a somatic psychotherapist, I view the body, mind, and emotions as intricately connected and I weave all three in the healing process.

My telehealth practice conducts all sessions online through a HIPAA compliant video platform.
